Friday April 5, 2019
Happy Hour
- 7pm-9pm
- Location: Hokie House (1st Floor), 322 N. Main Street, Blacksburg, VA 24060
- Cost: on your own
- Some of our younger brothers will be available to drive those of us “of age” back to the hotel in the evening as necessary!
- Please do NOT wear your letters, or anything fraternity affiliated, to this event!! Risk management purposes.
Saturday April 6, 2019
Breakfast – join us for the food if you’re staying at the Holiday Inn Express, come hang out if you are not staying at the hotel!
- 7am-9am
- Holiday Inn Express, meeting space next to the main breakfast area

Hike
- 8:30am – Noon
- Location: Cascades, 2068 Cascade Dr, Pembroke, VA 24136
- Cost: free
- Led by Allison Baker
- Details:
- Meet at the Holiday Inn Express to carpool at 8:30am. It’s about a 30 minute drive, and is $3/car for parking at the main lot.
- We will meet at the parking lot in Pembroke at 9:15am to start the hike.
- Cascades Falls Trail is a 3.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Pembroke, Virginia that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. We are planning to hike the main trail.

Banquet
- 6pm-10pm
- Owens Banquet Hall (on VT campus) – 150 Kent Street, Blacksburg, VA

- DO NOT PARK IN THE OWENS PARKING LOT – you will get ticketed and/or towed! (exception is handicapped parking)
- Closest parking is near the Graduate Life Center across the street or around the Drillfield
- OR feel free to Uber or Lyft!
- Cost: $40 per adult, $15 per kids under 12

- Cocktail attire
- The chapter will be selling merchandise 6-7pm and again 9-10pm – cash or Venmo only.
- Buffet dinner will have options including a gluten-free citrus-infused chicken with a tequila pineapple salsa, a three-cheese vegetarian ravioli in a Parmesan cream sauce, assorted salad and side dishes, ending with a celebratory cake. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate this on your registration so that we can provide an alternative dish.

Costs
Cost are tentatively set and will be based on the number of attendees, and if adjustments are needed, we will let you know once everyone has signed up. The Alumni Association doesn’t have a large bank account to make up for any large swings of costs, so we ask your understanding.
Currently, the costs are projected to be the following:
- Happy Hour – on your own
- Breakfast – included in hotel cost
- Hike – free
- Campus Tour – free
- Banquet – $40 per adult / $15 for children under 12, cash bar for drinks
- Brunch – $20 per person
